All orders are sent by Fastway's Couriers “Track & Trace”, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery from receipt of payment. For Rural delivery, please add another 3 days for this service.
We accept full responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit in New Zealand prior to delivering to your address provided you notify us within 7 days after receiving the products.
Please keep any damaged items and packaging for claiming purpose.
Freight is automatically calculated once you choose your option of freight (air or EMS). The price of freight is dependant on the weight and destination of the purchased items.
Please note delivery days for international destinations are between 3 to 15 working days via International Air (non tracked) or International Economy Courier (fully tracked).
Please note we are unable to provide a refund for missing parcels shipped internationally without track & traced system.
